Responsibilities
Started as a lead in the project, mostly working on miscellaneous tasks and admin tasks and I had my small team running the clash detection. Another core and shell project with similar floor plates of an office. The challenging part was top to down approach in coordination as all the mechanic equipment was installed on the roof.

Working on stages from LP3 - LP5, Changes in outer wall size from 36.5 cm to 42.5 cm in working drawings to make the building more passive for energy savings according to the U-Value and then change the rest of the plan according to the new walls.

For this project, I was creating LP5-level of working drawings. and I was assigned to all the side small things. I was crosschecking different data and updated existing drawings (LP5) according to new recommendations and information. My major element in this project was the construction layout plan and site documentation. Additionally also did partial BIM models on Vectorworks.

Assigned Tasks
In this project, I was assigned to the floor planning of Serviced Suites, Luxurious Suites, Sky Lobby and Ground floor lobby. The second stage was visualisation; we created several views of the interiors and exterior of the building. In an overall experience, we did meetings and presented ideas, GDV, cost (GDC) and profits to the investors after doing total sales value calculations.
